2026-2027 Monthly Classroom Behavior Log

Monthly classroom behavior log used to track daily student behavior and communication between school and home.

Teacher will mark each day using a color system:

• Green = Great day

• Yellow = Okay day, but improvement is needed

• Red = Difficult day / behavior concerns

Numbers may be written in the calendar box to quickly identify specific behavior concerns using the behavior key provided.

The behavior key includes common classroom expectations such as following directions, respectful language, staying on task, and keeping hands to self.

Parents/guardians are asked to review the log and initial daily to stay informed of their child’s progress and behavior.

The goal of this log is to encourage positive behavior, accountability, and strong home-school communication.
